Weather and Cloud Effect

Whenever in battle, the game shall randomly generate multiple weather and cloud effects that could alter the course of projectile and damage output of each shot significantly. Detail list of weather and cloud effects as per followed:

Tornado

From time to time, amidst the chaos of battle, a colossal tornado can unexpectedly manifest vertically in the heart of the battlefield. This turbulent tempest dramatically influences the path of any projectiles passing through its vortex.

The cursor indicator won't provide trajectory calculations in the presence of the tornado, necessitating players to rely on their own skill to aim and adjust for the altered path. It's only the most adept combatants who can truly harness the tornado's impact, gaining a significant advantage on the battlefield.

TIP: Prior to the tornado's emergence, it's crucial to keep a watchful eye on the tornado indicator displayed at the top edge of the battlefield. This indicator provides information about the number of turns remaining until the tornado materializes and its anticipated location on the battlefield. Taking advantage of an abrupt tornado can transform a potential loss into a resounding victory for seasonal veteran Smashers

The explosion also have a bunging power radius of 4 and area of effect (AOE) of 7.
